Statement

The choice of the target frame has something to do with distance, because it creates a distanced view of the perspective from which the world appears like an anthill and the figures like spots within the cinematographic expanse. It is a view that encompasses the many perspectives of the bodies present and a vantage point with an overview of the crowd. Such a perspective seems to stand above people, but is dehumanized and desubjectified, the invisible standpoint of a generalized overpowering force.

Education

2006 Graduated in painting with Professor Zmago Jeraj at the Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana

Subsequently, postgraduate studies in painting with Professor Gustav Gnamuš, which she successfully completed 2016 with a master’s degree under Professor Marjan Gumilar

The distance lies in the all-visibility, which is foreign and unnatural by excluding all the coverings that connect the everyday experience of watching.
